Refund Policy

Grand Beauty Box is working to bring you the best in beauty. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason. You may request a return or refund of the item or order within 15 days of the purchase date.

All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items. Also the gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.

For international orders, Grand Beauty Box is not responsible for the difference in exchange rate. Any fluctuations to the exchange rate that may occur. All orders placed. You can contact us if you have any query.

How do I return a product or an order?

Please email us and provide a reason for the return.

Please note, additional clarification is mandatory on certain items. Such as damaged or defective items. In these special circumstances. So, You will receive further instructions on how to continue your return.

Also, You will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit.

Original Shipping Fees

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note, the cost of return shipping is payable. But from your refund depending on the reason for the return.

So, Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed. Also, Once your return is approved, your refund will be submitted.

Similarly, If you used a Grand Beauty Box gift certificate the gift certificate will be credited back to your account.

If you prefer, you may ship your return using your preferred shipping label, costs and method. If, the item or order will arrive within the required return period.

Grand Beauty Box is not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. As such, we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

Why was my return denied?

Grand Beauty Box reserves the right to limit or refuse a return.

We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. So, Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. May be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged item is not eligible for return or exchange. Broken/Damaged Items

If a product is been broken during shipping, we sincerely apologize. Email us with the details. Please note, Grand Beauty Box requires photos of damaged or defective items for insurance purposes. This also allows our shipping and product partners to better serve you in the future. If your product suffers from a nonfunctional pump, we may request additional verification to ensure this is not simply an airless pump in need of priming, as this occurrence is often mistaken for a defect.

If you find any discrepancy in an order please do not throw away or destroy any part of the packaging, box or products or we will not be able to assist you to obtain a refund or exchange. It is very important that you retain these materials as we must have them in order to make a claim with the appropriate shipper and without them it is impossible to submit a claim.

How do I request to cancel a product or order?

How long do I have to modify or cancel my order?

Grand Beauty Box operates as fast and efficiently as possible which means we cannot guarantee a modification to your submitted order. In some instances, an order takes 30 minutes to ship of the completed purchase. You may, however, request a change to see if it is possible. Order items may be cancelled unless they have already shipped. 

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

So, If your package is reusable or undeliverable at the time of delivery or marked return to sender. The fee is $15.00 for domestic orders and $30.00 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
